Flight, reimagined from carbon to kerosene.
Kalib Williams Investments builds zero-emission refineries producing ASTM D7566 approved jet fuel — with real aromatics — through hydrothermal liquefaction and Fischer–Tropsch synthesis.
Two ASTM-approved routes to genuine jet fuel.
We do not make a blendstock that must be diluted into petroleum. We assemble fully specification-compliant kerosene — complete with the aromatics aviation demands — through two complementary conversion pathways.
Hydrothermal Liquefaction
ASTM D7566 Annex — HC-HEFA / wet-biomass conversion
Hydrothermal Liquefaction (HTL) converts wet, low-value organic feedstocks directly into a stable biocrude using water itself as the reaction medium — eliminating the energy penalty of drying.
Fischer–Tropsch Synthesis
ASTM D7566 Annex A1 — FT-SPK / FT-SPK/A
The Fischer–Tropsch route gasifies carbon-bearing feedstocks into synthesis gas, then catalytically rebuilds long-chain hydrocarbons — a fully synthetic jet fuel assembled molecule by molecule.
One refinery. Nearly any carbon source.
Our process is engineered around feedstock diversity — from captured atmospheric carbon to agricultural residue — so supply is resilient and carbon intensity keeps falling.
Direct Air Capture & Emission-Grown Algae
Algae cultivated on captured atmospheric and industrial CO₂ — turning emissions into energy-dense biogenic oil.
Wood Waste
Forestry residues & mill offcuts gasified for FT synthesis.
Bioethanol
Renewable ethanol as an alcohol-to-jet precursor.
Biomethanol
Green methanol feeding methanol-to-hydrocarbon routes.
Biosolids
Municipal biosolids liquefied via HTL — no drying.
Agriculture Waste
Straw, husks & bagasse diverted from open burning.
Biogenic Oils
Waste fats, greases & plant oils rich in hydrocarbons.
Traditional Fossil Feedstocks
Conventional streams co-processed to unlock drop-in scale today.
No blending.
A finished fuel.
By co-feeding renewable feedstocks alongside traditional streams, we integrate them within a single conversion process. The result eliminates the necessity of blending a synthetic component back into petroleum jet fuel.
Because our fuel already contains aromatics, it meets the ASTM D7566 specification as an approved product — not a blend-limited additive.
Co-processing, not diluting
Renewable and conventional feedstocks enter the same refinery, converting together into one specification-grade product stream.
Aromatics included by design
Our FT-SPK/A and HTL-derived cuts carry the aromatic content required for elastomer sealing and energy density in existing aircraft.
ASTM D7566 approved
The output is a fully approved jet fuel product, ready to deliver without the blend-ratio ceilings that constrain pure synthetics.
Lower carbon, engineered — not offset on paper.
We reduce the carbon intensity of our fuels two ways: by permanently sequestering CO₂, and by operating the refinery entirely on clean electricity — all while the process itself produces no emissions.
The refinery operates producing no emissions.
Operations run entirely on clean electricity.
CO₂ is sequestered permanently, not offset.
Aromatic-containing, fully approved jet fuel.
Kalib Williams Investments
We finance, develop and operate sustainable aviation fuel refineries designed around feedstock flexibility and permanent decarbonization. Our thesis is simple: the fastest path to lower-carbon flight is a drop-in, ASTM-approved fuel that airlines can use today — no new engines, no blend-ratio ceilings.
By pairing hydrothermal liquefaction and Fischer–Tropsch synthesis with a zero-emission, clean-powered facility and permanent CO₂ sequestration, we turn waste and captured carbon into certified jet fuel — and turn the aviation supply chain into a carbon sink rather than a source.
Let's decarbonize
flight together.
